We want your Sohvii jewellery to reach you safely and beautifully. Please read our return and exchange terms before placing your order.
Return & exchange window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unworn, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice.
Eligibility
Items are eligible for return or exchange only if they are unused, unworn, undamaged, and in original condition.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and quality reasons, used jewellery, damaged products, customized products, and items without original packaging may not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or an unboxing video.
Exchange process
Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the exchange process. Exchange is subject to product availability.
Refund timeline
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return shipping
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Natural pearl variation
Freshwater pearls may have slight differences in shape, size, surface, and glow. These natural variations are not considered defects.
